"Vive La Peinture" has declared war on individuality and banality. Like "rock-painters", VLP saw the painting as a permanent performance, live, palisades galleries. At the end of the 1990s, the group put the man at the center of the debate. He then launched on the Web a call to artists around the world to send their portrait profile. From all these silhouettes, the group creates a typical profile: Zuman. Universal message, Zuman speaks to us, challenges us at the corner of the street or in the heart of the canvas, with a poetic-ironic, politico-subversive slogan. "If you want, you're alive": with Zuman, Vive La Peinture gives color to hope. This work by Opus Crits is dedicated to the emblematic figure of street art that has become Zuman VLP.
